Have you had Chinese food lately and wondered what to do with the left over fried rice?

Well, here's my suggestion...cut up some boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I used 3) and put it in a skillet with some oil. Add some garlic salt and stir until almost cooked through.

Next, add some soy sauce...about 4-5 shakes. Continue cooking chicken until it's completely done.

Then add in some stir fry vegetables for good measure. Oh, and don't forget the water chestnuts...I almost did! They give it that added crunch.

And here is what dinner will look like. Enjoy!
